Dr Shilpa Gupta is a therapist & the founder of EmAid Wellness Centre, New Delhi. She is Internationally Certified by EFTMRA as the Emotional Freedom Technique Master Trainer & Matrix Reimprinting Trainer which enables her to conduct certified trainings for EFT Level 1, 2 and 3 as well as Matrix Reimprinting.

Dr Shilpa Gupta has been working with a wide range of clients having varied mental health concerns, making her an expert in resolving trauma, addictions, fears, phobias, emotional difficulties as well as relationship challenges.
Alongside her trauma-focused work, Dr. Shilpa brings extensive experience in parenting and family mental health. Trained in Common Sense Parenting (U.S.), she has spent over 17 years working as a parenting trainer and consultant, supporting parents, educators, and professionals with culturally relevant, skill-based approaches. Her parenting course focuses on understanding the parent’s world, building emotional awareness, and strengthening practical intervention skills.
